6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the px786 Platform are subject to acceptance by px786. px786 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including bets that exceed applicable stake limits, bets placed on events already completed at the time of placement, or bets placed in error due to a manifest error in published odds.
6.2 Manifest Errors. A manifest error is an obvious and demonstrable mistake in the publication of odds, game rules, or payout tables. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or result reversal by the governing body after initial settlement, px786 will re-settle affected bets in line with its sports betting rules, a copy of which is available in your account help section.

6.5 Technical Failures. 10.3 Indirect Loss. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, px786 excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising in connection with the use of the Platform, regardless of whether px786 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
10.4 Maximum Liability. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of liability, the maximum aggregate liability of px786 to any Player in respect of any claim arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 Investigation Period. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, px786 will use reasonable endeavours to complete its investigation within 30 days. The Player will be notified of the outcome of the investigation by email to their registered address. px786 is not obligated to disclose the specific details of its investigative methods.
12.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your px786 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any Real Money balance in your Wallet will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and all applicable withdrawal conditions being met. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
12.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. px786 will notify you via email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be deducted monthly from the Wallet balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. 13.1 Right to Amend. px786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Before escalating any dispute to formal legal proceedings, you must first submit a formal complaint to px786 via our customer support channel. px786 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final response within 14 calendar days. Where a matter requires more complex investigation, we will notify you of the extended timeline in writing.
14.3 Language. These Terms and Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
